Bhagavad Gita 18.58
"Fixing your mind on me, you will, by my grace, cross over all difficulties; but if from egoism you do not listen, you will perish."
Modern interpretation
In the middle of the day, return to this: Fear shrinks when attention rises above the small, defended self.
Practical action
Name the worst that could happen, then ask yourself: could I begin to handle it?
