Bhagavad Gita 2.20
"The Self is never born and never dies. It has not come into being, does not come into being, and will not come into being. Unborn, eternal, ancient — it is not slain when the body is slain."
Modern interpretation
As the day quiets, hold this: The deepest part of you cannot be threatened. Fear is loud only at the surface.
Practical action
Tell one trusted person one fear you've been keeping private. Naming dissolves a great deal.
Reflection question
Where did I act despite fear today, however small?
