"As the soul passes in this body from childhood to youth to old age, so too does it pass to another body. The wise are not deluded by this."

When the day pushes against you, remember: Loss is the price of being attached to forms. Beneath the forms, nothing essential is destroyed.

Let grief have its hour. Set a timer if needed. Then return to the living world.
