Account information you provide (name, email), reflections and journal entries you create, and basic device and usage analytics needed to operate the service.
How we use information
- To deliver daily wisdom, chakra insights, and personalized guidance.
- To improve the app, fix bugs, and prevent abuse.
- To send notifications you've opted into.
Your data, your control
Your reflections and journal entries are private by default. We do not sell your personal data. You can export or delete your account at any time from Settings.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to systems that need it.
